This page shows an example of a mural in the process of being painted on a very rough exterior wall. It is located in an entry courtyard. The client was looking for a way to expand the space and decorate it at the same time. We chose the tree as the main element of the design, with the landscape depicting the illusion of distance, and the trompe l' oeil effect of the low wall in the foreground. The texture of the stucco lends to the painterly style and adds interest to the mural.
